Terms and Conditions

✿ Please do not use harsh words, SARA, or mendang-mending to me. Window shopping are highly prohibited. Please be kind.✿ Commission will be designed according to the order of available slots and estimated processing time will be given after a down payment of 25% or 50% of the total order.✿ Before payment, you must fill the form that I provided to you after we had a deal.✿ You can commis me without down payment (you can pay full price when the design is done) if you include contact reference to one of my colleague / trusted friend.✿ My working hours for commission is Monday to Friday (19.00-22.00 WIB), and Saturday to Sunday (09.00-20.30 WIB) but you can freely contact me anytime.✿ Please understand that I have a day job, but I will do my best to reply your message at maximum 15 minutes waiting.✿ If I have problem or issue regarding my working hours, I will contact you and compensate it with another hour (you will not be charged).✿ If I cannot take or continue your commission due to health issues or another, I will contact you ASAP and give you 100% refund, no matter the progress had made.✿ I have the right to use my work as a portfolio or sample unless the client asked for private commission.✿ I will provide progress updates to you and asked for feedback after the 50% progress is done.✿ Unlimited revision at 50% progress. If there are more revisions after the final design is complete, an additional fee will be charged starting from IDR 10K/revision.✿ Revisions are not allowed to change the whole theme or key visual after I started working.✿ Artwork or design will be start according to the start date and will be finished according to the date specified after the DP. If you want to finish faster than a predetermined estimate, an additional fee will be charged starting from IDR 10K/hours.✿ NO CANCEL and REFUND or the down payment is forfeited.✿ If you wish to hit and run, that's okay. But I promise you will get what you deserve ❤︎.✿ Only accept payments via bank transfer (e-money is not allowed since there's lot of people get scammed because of e-money transfer).✿ Please understand that as a human, sometimes I had unexpected issue. I will kindly ask for your patience and reach out for any progress based on the queue.✿ Please don't talk about private things other than those related to commissions, I have the right not to reply to your message if you do that.✿ Communication is the key, so tell me if it's any trouble related to the commisions.✿ Do not edit or change the final design without my permission.✿ I STRICTLY FORBID for my design or artworks to be used in relation with any type of AI generators.

✿ Logo + Graphic Standard Manual: 1x .JPEG high-res, 1x .PNG high-res, 1x .PDF files, 3x alternative color for logo (.JPEG high-res), 1x .PDF contains logo definition, font used, color palette used, and how to used the logo.
✿ Logo + Visual Guidelines: 1x .JPEG high-res, 1x .PNG high-res, 1x .PDF files, 3x alternative color for logo (.JPEG high-res), 1x .PDF contains logo definition, font used, color palette used, how to used the logo, social media and promotion template.

You will get final artwork:
✿ 3 Feeds/Story Instagram: 3x .JPEG high-res and low-res, 3x .PNG high-res and low-res, and 1x whole view for feeds.
✿ 9 Feeds/Story Instagram: 9x .JPEG high-res and low-res, 9x .PNG high-res and low-res, and 1x whole view for feeds.
✿ 3 Feeds/Story Instagram: 6x .JPEG high-res and low-res, 6x .PNG high-res and low-res, and 1x whole view for feeds. Interactive video for Story may charge additional fee.
✿ Short Reels Instagram/Tiktok: 1x .MP4 video format high-res, 1x .MP4 video format compressed, and 1x .JPEG for cover.

✿ Pouch Design: 1x .JPEG high-res and low-res, 1x .PNG high-res and low-res, and 1x .PDF for final artworks.

You will get final artwork:

✿ Storyboard Video : 1x .DOCS for content, 1x .PDF.
✿ Storyboard Animation : 1x .DOCS, 1x .PDF.

You will get final artwork:
✿ Simple Website + AI Writing: 1x. PDF for layout, Asset Files, Figma Link (will be deleted after 7 days I sent the link).
✿ Simple Website + Content Writing: 1x. PDF for layout, Asset Files, Figma Link (will be deleted after 7 days I sent the link).
✿ Front End coding + UI/UX : Github Repository, Documentation, and Asset Files.
✿ UI/UX Only for Android: 1x. PDF for layout, Asset Files, Figma Link (will be deleted after 7 days I sent the link).

You will get final artwork:
✿ Main Image Product: 10x. JPEG high-res, 10x .JPEG low-res.
✿ Homepage/Promotion Banner: 1x. JPEG high-res, 1x .JPEG low-res.
✿ Main Image + Description Product: 1x. JPEG high-res, 1x .DOCS for description.
✿ Logo + Banner for Shopee/Tokopedia: 1x .JPEG high-res, 1x .PNG high-res, and 1x .PDF for logo.

NOTE:
✿ Est. time is just estimation, it can be faster or slower depending on the request or queue.
✿ Price can be higher or cheaper depending on the difficulty and estimated deadline as per request.
✿ You can request for final artwork file (ex: no need to send the .JPEG low-res or add .SVG file)
✿ If you are a small business who had tight budget, don't worry, I have a special discount for you (name and instagram account of the business should be provided).
✿ If you commis this for your personal needed (not business), please inform me so I can give you cheaper price (evidence should be provided).
✿ Normally I wouldn't give you the RAW or source file (.AI, .PSD, .IDD, link, etc). But it can be change based on your request and conditions. I may charge you additional fee.
